This news has been around since yesterday about internet being shut down momentarily and slicing bandwidth services to half from parts of Asia all the way to Europe. This is because of a ship in between Palermo and Alexandria dragged its anchor down on the sea floor due to severe weather. They had to reroute the service through Hong Kong for the Middle East which fortunately didn’t affect productivity there.
