Who wants to sponsor me?!

I’ve been thinking about this lately… Its about my future life…

So you ask, what the hell do I want to do for the rest of my life from now on?

Well… at least, after I graduate from my Television program at Seneca that I’d be able to work for Citytv or some TV station in Canada that is highly recognized nationwide. But what I really want to do in life is start my own TV station. Broadcasting anything that’s related to Anime, and anything that is Japanese. I just feel like Japanese culture needs more exposure now… I’ve had enough of the media broadcasts of the war in the middle east.

But you’re asking why specifically Japanese… well… Since I’m an Anime fan *not a freak (I know that because I don’t squeal when I see a Sasuke or some hot guy in an Anime convention)* Anyways, I’m also interested in how Japanese culture really work. I want that to be passed on elsewhere, also increase the population’s knowledge of another culture.

But before I actually could go there, I’m aiming to initiate a business in the near future, hopefully in the next 5-10 years. A business that would help out with audio and video/visual technical production for business conferences, conventions, meetings, concerts, events, etc! Also go around graphic work as well and some printing as well. I’m hoping that I could start soon. I’ve been thinking of many different scenarios of how I can succeed in my future… Since I’m not really a wealthy kind of person, I’ve been buying myself a couple of lottery tickets in the past two weeks. None of them hit a prize yet… I’ve also imagined that if someone would actually be interested to sponsor my idea, and if the business grows, there could be a possibility of merging the companies together, though there could be many problems that can rise with two companies merged as one. But I guess that is my only hope to actually get my idea and business and my future rolling.

Imagine a TV station dedicated to just broadcasting your favourite Anime shows, all in Japanese with English subtitles, showing news in Japan and the industry here in Canada or North America. But I guess you can just download your fansubbed episodes online… Though having to see your favourite Anime on air in Japanese with full English subtitles on television is just amazing, especially if Canada goes crazy about copyright issues against downloading shows, even unlicenced onces from another country, then a TV station that dedicates itself to broadcasting just that is a dream come true for all Anime fans in Canada.
